LockinSeason is a habit-tracking and productivity app developed and operated by Erion Malaj, based in Switzerland.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
• By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

• You may create and track personal goals, daily habits ("locks"), streaks, and progress.
• You may submit feedback or feature ideas through the App. Feedback is anonymous and may be visible to other users for voting.
• You may not:
  • Share your account with others.
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the App.
  • Upload harmful or unlawful content.

LockinSeason offers:

• $9.99/month
• $29.99/year
• $19.99 one-time pass (limited offer)

• All payments are handled securely through the Apple App Store and Google Play Billing.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your App Store account.
• Refunds are managed directly by Apple or Google, not LockinSeason.

• We use Supabase for account management and securely storing your goals, habits, and progress.
• We use Superwall for subscription management.
• We use Posthog to analyze onboarding and improve the App.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms,
• Abuse refund systems,
• Or attempt to damage or disrupt the App.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes will be handled under Swiss jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we will notify you through the App or via email.
